Come along to this free course which is held every Tuesday night beginning 16th February 2010 at 7pm. Each night will include a meal, short talk, discussion and question times about what the Bible is about, all in a relaxed and informal environment. You don't need to know anything about the Bible. You won't be required to read aloud, pray or sing. You will be able to ask any questions you want.
We all dream of a better world - a world of security, plenty and friendship. Christians believe that God promises just such a new world. The Bible is the story of what God had done and what he will do to keep that promise.
You'll learn what happened at the beginning of the world, where Adam and Eve fit in, and God's promise to humanity. You'll find out about the moment in history when we glimpsed God's new world and how you can be part of it.
This course is clear, exciting and essential for newcomers to the Bible, it will also help Christians gain a fresh understanding.
